Located on a traditional hill farm on the Craignish peninsula, with sea and islands in front and mountains at the back, Aird House is a luxurious holiday cottage which offers comfort, relaxation and the kind of breath taking panoramic views that have to be seen to be believed.
Aird House enjoys a truly splendid position on the west coast of Argyll, with sensational views of the islands of Jura and Scarba, with the Correyvrekan whirlpool between them, and the islands of Luing and Mull. Within easy reach of Ardfern, Oban, Lochgilphead and the surrounding areas, the house is the ideal base for exploring this beautiful corner of Scotland, and walking, wildlife and sea fishing (among many other outdoor activities!) are all part of a holiday here. You can enjoy the glorious sunsets from your garden, take walks around the farm and take in views of the Sound of Jura, Loch Craignish and Knapdale, and spot seals, dolphins and otters in Loch Beag as well as buzzards and oystercatchers up above.

Interior Details
The house sleeps up to 6 people in 1 double room, 1 twin and 2 singles. There is also an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs washbasin, a well-equipped kitchen/dining room, and a lounge with a wood burning stove and views towards the islands of Jura, Scarba, Mull and Luing. The house has a utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier and it is kitted out with all the mod cons, from a TV and DVD player to WiFi and an iPod dock. All linen and towels are provided.

The farm and cottages are run by Malcolm and Alison Campbell - Malcolm is the third generation of the Campbell's at Aird, rearing beef cattle and sheep. Malcolm and Alison will be there to welcome you on arrival and will be available during your stay to ensure you have a truly enjoyable West Highland experience. Conditions of Rental
No smoking and no pets. Arrival time from 4pm. Depature time by 10am. Short breaks are available out of season. All fuel included in the price.
